Marketcircle announced today that their popular Mac CRM for small business, Daylite, has placed as a FrontRunner in the February 2019 FrontRunners Quadrant for CRM, published by Software Advice. This is the fourth time that Daylite has positioned in the FrontRunners Quadrant.
Out of over 595 Customer Relationship Management products, the FrontRunners quadrant, powered by Gartner, highlights the top software products for North American small businesses. Only products with the top scores in user recommendation and usability as rated by users made the FrontRunners quadrant. The FrontRunners quadrant is designed to help small business leaders in making a software purchase.
Daylite is a CRM & Project Management app for small businesses available exclusively for Apple devices. Daylite is used by thousands of small businesses in over 100 countries to manage customer relationships, close deals, execute on plans, and scale the business - all in one app. Daylite was built specifically for the Apple ecosystem and integrates with Apple Mail as well as the native Apple Contacts and Calendar apps. Daylite's integration with the Apple ecosystem allows users to leverage Siri, Caller ID, Notification Centre, and Multitasking on iPad. Unlike most small business CRMs that focus on just customer relationships, Daylite allows users to track the full lifecycle of a customer from following up and closing the deal all the way through managing a project and organizing all the moving pieces.
